Dr. Sbarbaro is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist as well as an Assistant Professor. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana University in 2010 and earned her first Master’s degree in Addiction Studies from the Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies in 2011. She received her second Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University in 2015 and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D) from Midwestern University in 2018.
She is clinically trained in a variety of settings, such as psychiatric hospitals, university counseling centers, private practices, and inpatient substance use disorder treatment programs.
Dr. Sbarbaro’s areas of specialty include psychological testing and assessment, drug and alcohol addiction, issues related to young adulthood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders, motivational interviewing, and interdisciplinary education.
